Piano Lessons

What to expect....

I welcome clients of all ages (from 7 upwards) who may be taking their first step towards learning the piano, or who would like to develop their current skills further.

Lessons are fun but focussed and enable pupils to achieve their musical goals. Activities include developing good technique, musicianship, improvisation, duetting skills, theory, aural skills, active listening and music history.

I offer exam routes for LCM and ABRSM or a progressive route for those who want to play for pleasure.  For pupils wanting to explore their creativity I can introduce you to Sibelius and Logic Pro software on which we can notate your music, record your performances and multitrack your compositions.

Lessons take place in Grange-over-Sands with some home visits available in the Kendal area.
